Coming Soon!

Tentatively scheduled for the end of September.  CHUG customers will soon have the ability to see invoices, add trouble tickets, view documents & FAQs online!  This feature will only be available to users who request it.  If you are interested in this, please contact us & we'll get you set up.

Performed a minor update to our SmarterMail system.  We are now on version 8.1.4170.  This update corrects some minor issues. 

We have recently upgraded our Online Backup system to include more storage space.  This is an effort to provide our customers with at least one year of backups!

The CHUG website is now powered by way of WCMS (Web Content Management System).

A web content management system (WCMS) is a software system that provides website authoring, collaboration, and administration tools designed to allow users with little knowledge of web programming languages or markup languages to create and manage website content with relative ease. A robust WCMS provides the foundation for collaboration, offering users the ability to
manage documents and output for multiple author editing and participation.

This new system should provide us with methods to better interact with our clients.  Since this is still a work in progress, please be patient while the dust settles.
